FAQ

Questions before starting a project.

Clear answers about development, features, launch and ongoing support.

How do I know what type of website I need?

You can come to us with just the business goal. Tell us what you sell, to whom, and what a visitor should do on the website. We will recommend the right format: landing page, corporate site, store, catalogue or custom web system.

What do you need from me to get started?

At the start, it is enough to tell us about the business, product and project goal. If you do not yet have a structure or feature list, that is fine — we will define the requirements together.

How long does development take?

Timing depends on scope and functionality. A small landing page is usually faster than a multi-page site or online store. After discussing the project, we agree on stages and an estimated timeline before work begins.

How is the price calculated?

We look at the number of pages, interface complexity, features, integrations and content preparation. First we discuss the project, then provide a clear scope and price.

Can the project be delivered in stages?

Yes. For example, we can first launch the core website and then add a client portal, online payments, automation, new sections or other features.

Will the website work properly on phones and tablets?

Yes. Responsive design is part of development. We test key screens and user flows across different screen sizes.

Can you integrate online payments, booking or a CRM?

Yes. We connect suitable services when an integration is available. Before development, we agree on what data needs to be exchanged and how the workflow should work.

Can a website replace some manual employee tasks?

In many cases, yes. Booking, enquiry collection, status updates, payments, some calculations, documents and repetitive actions can be moved into a web interface. We first analyse the current process and then propose automation.

What happens after launch?

We check the live version, hand over the project and can continue with support if needed. You can choose 3, 6 or 12 months of support or arrange a custom plan.

Can you support a website built by someone else?

Yes, if we can work with it technically. We first review the project, access and current condition, then suggest a suitable support format.

Do you help with domains and hosting?

Yes. We can advise on domain registration, hosting and basic technical configuration. The domain and service accounts should preferably be registered to the business owner.

I have an unusual idea. Can you build it?

Tell us what should happen on the website and what problem it needs to solve. If the project goes beyond a standard website, we can design a custom web system or propose a staged launch.
